Lately I’ve been playing around learning how use iMovie. It makes me appreciate and admire the great work behind real productions even more.

A few weeks ago Nathan and I signed up for five weeks of training sessions with the Team of 2 at Movement in Boulder. I edited together the three short iPhone videos that I got from the session last week, to document a little of what we’re doing these days.

The training program is a five week program that is focusing on power-endurance, general fitness and body and mental awareness. The short version of what we’ve been doing so far includes finger/hand power on the hang board; fitness circles with stations of climbing-related exercises like lock-offs, practicing hard clips on a bouldering wall, jumping pull-ups, planks and grip strength; and general fitness circles with exercises like jumprope, push-ups, dips, core, burpies, leg-lifts, and squats. We are also climbing 2×4 intervals (two hard routes with no break, and then a 4-minute rest in between.

The group has a loving atmosphere and the girls are kicking ass in supporting each other! Way to go!!
